Magnesium's role in sleep apnea
We aimed to uncover the relationship between magnesium levels and sleep quality, particularly focusing on sleep apnea. Our study analyzed data from a large group of adults aged 20 and older, using a well-structured method to assess magnesium levels and the prevalence of sleep issues.

We found a notable connection between lower magnesium levels, measured as the magnesium depletion score (MDS), and the likelihood of experiencing sleep apnea. Specifically, individuals with higher MDS levels were significantly more likely to report sleep apnea, showing over three times the odds compared to those with adequate magnesium levels.

Interestingly, our research did not link magnesium deficiency to other sleep problems like insomnia or restless legs syndrome, suggesting a more complex relationship with sleep apnea alone. Additionally, we noticed that older adults with depressive symptoms showed a tendency toward excessive sleep rather than insufficient sleep.

While our findings highlight the association between magnesium deficiency and sleep apnea, they also point towards the potential of adequate magnesium intake in reducing this risk. This emphasizes the importance of maintaining proper magnesium levels for better sleep quality, especially in those at higher risk for sleep apnea.

Normal sleep restored

Yes, this form is pricey, but worth it. My sleep has completely returned to normal, memory has improved, and my concentration has increased. If you can, definitely give it a go! This magnesium form is highly effective; I noticed even when using magnesium threonate from another brand previously. It works like a good sleeping pill, pulling you to sleep an hour after taking it, but leaves you feeling refreshed, unlike traditional sleeping pills (I've tried many and know the difference). Overall, it's one of my favourite brands.

Working magnesium! I purchased it for my son with ASD, but I tried it first. I took one in the morning and one at night, and I began to sleep soundly throughout the night without disruptions. My mood improved, and I felt more energetic during the day. Now I am introducing it to my son. The capsules are medium-sized and the powder is tasteless. Definitely a product I would purchase again!

Calms sleep issues

Best magnesium form for brain health from a reputable brand! I recommend trying Magtein if you experience any neurological issues, including sleep problems. The mineral is calming, and combined with L-threonate, it effectively reaches the brain. I struggled with sleep and nerve issues, but Magtein truly helps. A dosage of one in the morning and one before bed suffices.

Great product! I take this as directed and sleep soundly through the night with vivid dreams. A good magnesium like this makes all of the biological reactions in my body run more smoothly. My 82-year-old father loves it too, as it alleviates his leg cramps.

I bought this magnesium for my school-aged child. The L-threonate form is bioavailable and supports mental clarity. I give one capsule in the morning, and for better sleep, I administer another magnesium form in the evening. Together, they work well; my child is calmer and concentrates better on school tasks.

Very great! Although recommended to take three capsules, I only take one per night, and it works well for me. Previously relied on Melatonin, which was inconsistent. Despite menopause, I'm pleased as I can sleep soundly every night and haven't felt depressed. I highly recommend this brand as I haven't tried others.
